2. การลงทะเบียนและการสั่งซื้อ
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถสมัครเรียนหรือสั่งซื้อบริการผ่านเว็บไซต์ของสมาคม หรือผ่านช่องทางที่สมาคมประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการ เช่น Facebook Page, LINE Official, หรือช่องทางออนไลน์อื่นของสมาคม โดยข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ต้องเป็นข้อมูลจริง ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
3. ราคาและการชำระเงิน
ราคาคอร์สหรือบริการจะเป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์หรือหน้าประชาสัมพันธ์ของสมาคมในขณะนั้น
การชำระเงินออนไลน์บนเว็บไซต์นี้ดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน Xendit ซึ่งเป็นระบบ Payment Gateway เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า

หลังจากชำระเงินสำเร็จ ลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าถึงคอร์สออนไลน์ หรือได้รับรายละเอียดการเข้าเรียน/รับบริการตามรูปแบบของสินค้านั้นๆ ภายในระยะเวลาที่สมาคมแจ้ง
สิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานเป็นของผู้ซื้อเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์หรือแบ่งปันบัญชีให้ผู้อื่นได้ เว้นแต่สมาคมอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหาเอกสาร วิดีโอ ภาพ เสียง โลโก้ ชื่อหลักสูตร และสื่อทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์หรือในคอร์ส เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของสมาคมหรือเจ้าของสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ห้ามคัดลอก เผยแพร่ ดัดแปลง หรือใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
7. การยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเลื่อนหลักสูตร
สมาคมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการ รายละเอียดผู้สอน เนื้อหา รูปแบบการเรียน หรือเลื่อน/ยกเลิกหลักสูตรตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้าเท่าที่สามารถทำได้
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
สมาคมจะดำเนินการให้ข้อมูลและบริการอย่างดีที่สุด แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าระบบเว็บไซต์หรือระบบของบุคคลภายนอกจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงักหรือข้อผิดพลาดตลอดเวลา
